These terms of conditions regulate the relations between folkenstal.com and the client and are an integrate constituent of each sales contract.

2. orders and prices

Prices are in USD incl. sales tax, without shipping costs.

3. production

Some items are considered made to order.
Depending on the resources available it might take up to 2 weeks for an item to be made before shipping.
Other items are available and will be shipped immediately.

4. shipping costs

Shipping costs will update in your cart automatically.
There’s a free shipping option available at $99.

5. shipping

Products that are made to order will be shipped as soon as possible.
For late delivery through your delivery service folkenstal.com disclaims liability.
Shipping time is approximately 2 weeks to the United States and Australia depending on the location and delivery service.
Within Europe it’s up to 1 week depending on the location and delivery service.

6. instructions for delivery

Notes for the delivery person will be ignored, because our delivery service has no control over the service in your country.
folkenstal.com cannot notify your delivery service, when the package is shipped internationally.
Please make sure you contact your local delivery service and give them your tracking number for further instructions or urgent issues.

7. tracking number

All packages get a tracking number, which will be sent automatically per email once the item gets a shipping label.

8. delays

Delayed delivery for international packages and their parcel services are not a liability of folkenstal.com.
With the tracking number, the customer is responsible to

1. leave the correct address when ordering
2. check the tracking number for updates
3. contact the parcel service in case the delivery is delayed or the status is unclear

9. payment methods

10. returns

Please check the goods after delivery immediately.
folkenstal.com won’t take responsibility for the wrong handling of international delivery services (outside Switzerland).
folkenstal.com will take responsibility for the delivery within their own country only (Switzerland).
Damages during transport with international delivery services might happen and are not a liability of folkenstal.com.
Contact the parcel service directly for further information.

The following products won’t be taken back:
– goods that were not ordered from folkenstal.com
– damaged products by the customer
– damaged products during international transport

11. customs regulations

folkenstal.com doesn’t hold responsibility for your country’s customs regulations.
Please check in advance if items like resin weapons are allowed to be shipped to your country.
Also if you pay customs, folkenstal.com is not obligated to compensate for it.
folkenstal.com will always put the original price in the description of any item and if customs are due then the customer takes full responsibility to pay them.

12. guarantee

folkenstal.com assures that the goods are delivered in good repair.
All products are handmade, assembled, and checked by the artist herself.
It may come due to irregularities of colors and surface structure.
All items purchased from folkenstal.com are for private use, shelf display, or convention use only. Handle with care.
